Our Consultants are at the heart of delivering the great work our clients expect from The Value Engineers, and ensuring our clients have a great experience.

Our Consultant Level 2 role is for those who have built a strong understanding of marketing and brand strategy (with 2-3 years experience), and are now looking to make the shift from learning to driving the delivery of projects.

As well as contributing to the quality of strategic thinking and project deliverables, you will play a pivotal role in managing elements of projects of all sizes to ensure that we deliver on time, to budget and make sure each project delivers to build our reputation with clients and help us grow the business.

We will expose you to a wide variety of projects, clients, industries, problems and marketing skills, in branding, strategy and innovation, as well as the key insight skillsets both qualitative and quantitative.

Each year we recruit into our entry-level Marketing Analyst role. Our business is built on our Marketing Analyst programme, as they hold positions throughout the company from Board Directors to non-exec directors, associate directors, seniors and more.

We are looking for enthusiastic and switched-on individuals with strong creative skills and analytical rigor, as well as a healthy interest in the sector and above all a strong interest and affinity with brands.
