THE CHALLENGE:

Having grown rapidly to become Belgium’s leading Telecom provider, Telenet were looking to take their brand to the next level, but they needed help defining the path to their new ambition.

WHAT WE DID:

We spoke to multiple different audiences to crystallize and refine the new ambition, as well as assess the gap between the Telenet of today and the Telenet of the future, defining a clear roadmap of steps to get there.

THE RESULT:

We moved Telenet from a functional brand promise based on excellence of techs & specs to a distinctive, motivating and future-focused brand purpose and showed them that when it comes to achieving it, actions are as important as words.
