THE CHALLENGE:

Percy Pig is an iconic M&S brand with a growing portfolio of related products and spin-offs. With the business so keen to grow the use of Percy, but also to ensure they don’t devalue the brand, clear parameters were needed.

WHAT WE DID:

Using mock expansion ideas, we explored the rules in confectionery, savoury food, gifting, clothing & home and beyond. We got under the skin of what was ‘right’ for Percy, and what went too far and felt commercially-driven.

THE RESULT:

We created an interactive innovation guardrails tool for all departments, allowing them to see if their idea would work for Percy and inspire innovation.
