KFC have a clear brand personality and world inspired by their roots in the New South, but they were struggling to understand how to translate this through their menu. We defined their innovation vision and strategy to align them on a clear set of guardrails of what food at KFC is all about, opening up permission to explore new flavours and cuisines and giving them clear direction for the future. We’re now working to develop a roadmap of winning concepts to deliver against this strategy.
