I first found out about The Value Engineers after performing in a musical with one of the members of the TVE team. Over a lemonade in the bar, I exchanged creative editing ideas with my now Senior Editor, Tom.
My journey continued with an unexpected phone call asking for freelance assistance which I accepted. Six weeks later I decided to join The Studio team here permanently and I can’t help but notice in the few months I’ve been working for TVE that the office is not only full of high achieving individuals, but also that each and every person made the effort to make me feel so welcome. There is a strong culture at TVE of hard working friendliness, and it is one that I certainly wanted to be a part of.
So far, the range of brands that I have enjoyed working with in only the short time I have been at TVE has been extensive. I’ve dived straight into the fast-paced nature of the work and the vast client portfolio keeps exciting content creation flowing.
My passion for editing grew when I started working at Pinewood Studios as an editor for The TV Presenting Academy. From there, my editing career has expanded through the freelancing field, and includes marketing videos, YouTube content, Showreels and corporate interviews. I really enjoy the creative process that turns an idea into a final product; for me, it’s an artistic and inventive experience where every video is a journey.
Being a part of TVE’s Studio team right now is a very exciting place to be. We are a team with lots of big ideas and are eager to keep growing. I am really looking forward to moving forward with the company in the future.
