P&O Cruises is proudly the UK's favourite cruise brand, but it has ambitions to become the UK's no.1 holiday brand. They needed to understand what the next generation of cruisers want, and how P&O Cruise's customer experience can lead the rapidly evolving category and grow market share.

P&O Cruises needed to look far beyond the cruising and holiday world to understand and meet customer expectations of the future. These expectations are being set by tech startups and market disruptors, and P&O Cruises needs to create an experience on par and beyond what they offer.

By immersing ourselves in the world of holidays, cruising, and the biggest movers in mainstream excellence, we understood what future cruisers expect and identified P&O Cruise’s future signature moments that would deliver a next-generation cruising experience that the UK will love.
