THE CHALLENGE:

ELeather wanted to take a significant step up in the marketing of its ground-breaking sustainable materials technology.

WHAT WE DID:

We worked closely with CEO Chris McBean and his team conducting original research with stakeholders, partners and customers, as well as interviews and focus groups. Through a series of workshops, we co-created and refined the brand philosophy, a new brand narrative. We then helped ELeather identify the different needs of their target sectors - consumer goods, and bus, trains, planes high-quality upholstery - enabling them to develop more powerful propositions.

THE RESULT:

ELeather now exports to over 50 countries, supplies over 200 airlines, has transformed over 12,000 rail carriages, is working with numerous bus operators and OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and has launches its first FlyLeather products with Nike. Increasingly, ELeather is recognized as an award-winning, environmentally-friendly materials technology company.
